Albany County Executive Daniel P. McCoy will unveil the fully paved and complete Albany County Helderberg-Hudson Rail Trail on October 3 at 10:30 am near the intersection of South Main Street and Grove Street along the Rail Trail in Voorheesville, NY 12186. In making the landmark announcement, County Executive McCoy will be joined by the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority, local leaders and members of the Albany County Legislature.
