In accordance with UK Government lock-down instructions issued on 31 October 2020, the museum will be closed from Thursday 5th November 2020 until at least early December 2020. Please check our Facebook page and website ( www.cnam.org.uk ) for updates.

The museum will be open on Wednesday 4th November 2020 from 10.30am - 4pm (last admissions 3pm). Current Covid-19 rules will apply. Restricted museum access - outdoor exhibits only. No toilets, café, aircraft interiors or buildings access available. * Adults and children (8 years +) only 2 per person.... * Contactless payment only please. * No booking required. Notice To Pet Owners: No pets are permitted except for assistance dogs. Pets are permitted in the car park. Please note the government Covid-19 guidelines on group sizes and social distancing. Visitors will be able to see our recently arrived Avro RJ85 airliner. VE Day - Today is the 75th Anniversay of VE Day To those who gave so much, we thank you. At 15.00hrs there is a national toast, here is an image from our collection of members of 214 Squadron at RAF Oulton, Norfolk raising a glass, today as we join them, as we remember and thank them.

Cancelled Events Emergency Services Day Saturday 30th May 2020 Wings and Wheels 4th (Sat) - 5th (Sun) July 2020... Unfortunately, due to the ongoing situation regarding COVID-19, The Board of Trustees has taken the difficult decision to cancel this years' Emergency Services Day and the Wings and Wheels Day. We plan to host the events again in 2021.

Annual Passes - Extended We would like to thank all our our supporters who have purchased an Annual Admission Pass. Due to the corona virus situation, these cannot presently be used, so we have decided to extend all passes which have an expiry date of March 2020 and later to December 2021.... If you would like to support the City of Norwich Aviation Museum, you can now buy both family and individual passes valid until December 2021 on eBay (https://www.ebay.co.uk/usr/cnam14). Passes remain at their normal price of 25.00 for a family and 15.00 for an individual. We will acknowledge receipt of payment for new passes via eBay and these will be posted from the Museum office after a safe return has been allowed.

This was not an easy decision to make, however we feel it is necessary to close the museum to protect both our staff members, as well as the general public under the current circumstances surrounding the COVID-19 situation.... CNAM February Half term Opening The museum will be open Tuesday 18th February to Sunday 23rd February as follows Tuesday 18th - 10am to 4pm... Wednesday 19th - 10am to 4pm Thursday 20th - 10am to 4pm Friday 21st - 10am to 4pm Saturday 22nd - 10am to 4pm Sunday 23rd - 11am to 3pm The voucher below entitles children between the ages of 8 and 15 to visit the museum for 1 (when accompanied by an adult paying full price).

CNAM new building progress. There has been a small delay due to the recent poor weather but the walls and roof trusses and now in place. The roof should be completed soon and then the interior fitting will start.

Due to the high winds, the museum will be closed today, Sunday 9 February 2020.
