Tonight’s free Webinar Presentation is a collaboration with the Historic Wendover Airfield Foundation! Join Jim Petersen as he examines the history of this important base, detailing how it would once have looked, and how young airmen were trained to carry out a war in the air. This is the type of engine that was used to power the infamous V-1 flying bomb! We want to encourage all guests who will be attending the demonstration to bring earplugs or hearing protection with them! Halloween is fast approaching, and the Museum’s staff and volunteers are hard at work creating spooky and fun decorations for the trick-or-treaters who will be visiting during the Haunted Hangar event this weekend.
